Visit order may change with weather and attraction availability. Your guide confirms pickup between 20:00 and 23:00 the evening before.
Personal expenses
Souvenirs, personal purchases and services outside the agreed itinerary are paid separately. Confirm optional activities and insurance terms before booking.
What to bring
Comfortable shoes, a hat, sunscreen, water, and swimwear and towel for swimming activities. Bring a waterproof phone case for sea trips.

Choose your tour, preferred date and number of guests. We confirm availability and the final price, then you pay a deposit from 20%.
Your guide calls between 20:00 and 23:00 Vietnam time the evening before the tour to confirm pickup.
Free cancellation at least 3 days before the tour. Agree late-cancellation terms before paying. If we cancel due to weather, a closed attraction or insufficient participants, choose another date, an alternative tour or a refund.
Cash in VND, RUB or USD, Russian card or Vietnamese bank transfer, payment link or cryptocurrency. No agency commission. Payment details and exchange rate are agreed after booking confirmation.
We will help choose a family-friendly programme. Tell us children’s ages and any health considerations; diving, ATVs, sea trips and rocky trails require advance agreement.
